I have had a furnace and air conditioning maintenance agreement with B & G for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service. This past week, I received over the top service when a small problem was identified and corrected same day, before it was an issue. Very skilled, professional and caring people work for B & G.

My association with B&G goes back a couple of decades and I have always found them prompt, helpful and efficient. Over the years they have installed a new furnace and an air conditioning unit and their advice about equipment has always been good. In addition, they are pleasant and friendly to deal with. I recommend them without any reservation.

As usual service rep arrived in time allotted and service was complete Reps always courteous and efficient would always recommended B & G Heating.

Really efficient installers, Justin & Fred removed and installed my old & new special order water tanks: overall, everything ran flawlessly right from my initial inquiry. Neal worked on Saturday to arrange the tank pickup. Installed first thing Monday. Tremendous execution - and I'm happy service was provided by a local company. The standard warranty that came with the tank is 6 years.

Excellent service. The initial meeting with the representative was informative and provided estimate the same day. The installation technicians were very polite, neat and professional.

My wife and I came home from Christmas shopping, only to discover the furnace was out. We called B&G, and within 15 minutes Neal showed up. He effortlessly diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter. This isn't the first or the last time we have called on B&G to come to the rescue. The furnace is working a lot better. Very satisfied with the service and workmanship at this company. Communication was fast and professional. They even emailed the morning of to confirm their arrival time. Justin and Fred were friendly, polite and helpful despite our asking for a few last minute changes to the work we wanted done. Would definitely call them again in future for ductwork.

We live on the West Mountain and have been using B&G for about 30 years. We have absolutely NO complaints!. They are always right there if you need them. We have called late at night. On a weekend, or evening. They are always there asap. Which means always super attentive & prompt! They have given us guidance as to what is best for us at the time. They are always kind. I've been in my home for 19 years and have used B&G Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC services! Their team recently installed my new Navien tankless waterheater in a very cramped space. They had to build a wall out to accommodate the new system and had it up and running in no time. They were prompt, efficient, friendly and clean. I highly recommend their services.

My furnace went on Christmas day and B&G had people out right away , even offered heater til they got it fixed , there highly skilled technicians where great , polite and professional as expected. For all you heating and cooling needs don't hesitate and give them a call .

Justin & Bani did an amazing job today putting our new furnace in. They worked so well together and made me laugh . Very kind soles… seemed liked they loved their job . Even asked if I had any animals before they had to leave my door open to bring furnace in . Justin and his colleague drove all the way from Hamilton to Niagara Falls and were kind and thoughtful from the start. Professional doesn’t begin to express how great these two were, installed my new furnace after a flood had damaged the entire neighbourhood. They installed a new thermostat once they realized that I was having bad experiences with the current one, went out of his way to get me an amazing deal. Justin went out of his way to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Can’t thank you guys enough for making this a great and easy and smooth experience. Will definitely have them back to install ac and heating for my garage.🔥

A repeat customer based on excellent service! B&G has been my 'go to' for for all my heating and cooling needs. Every point of contact is professional, polite and courteous from the initial inquiry to job completion. Repairs have been thorough and completed in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. Neil was my initial contact for a new cooling unit and promptly provided me with estimates and information about the available products. I was able to take my time to make an informed decision. Once I made my choice, I talked with Neil again, who patiently answered all my questions. He even went above an beyond to double check that the new unit's location was appropriate! Installation was done by Justin and Al who are GREAT! They are prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. They left everything neat and tidy. Justin made sure I was comfortable with how to operate the unit before he left. Quality materials and workmanship! Reasonable cost. Thank you so much, it has been a very positive experience!

Hi.. a few days before Christmas, we arrived at our kitchen store to find the temperature at 62 degrees..B&G were called and they came before the day was over to make us all warm and toasty again ! Can’t thank them enough! Actually I can! Thank you ..Thank you..Thank you!!!
