“On Sunday December 30, our furnace decided it was time for a rest. After calling two other companies, with no call backs or responses, I called B & G and left a message. Kris called back within a half hour and after a short conversation, said he would be here early Monday morning.”

He finally reached one on the phone and wrote down the model and part numbers before he left.
